Dove and water poem
The dove, suffering from thirst, flew in search of water. Soon she saw a basin of water painted on the wall. The dove quickly flew up to the painted pelvis and tried to get drunk from it. And she flew around her pelvis, staring intently at the drawing and hitting the wall for a minute until she dropped dead.
Dying, the bird said:
– Well, I was confused by evil spirits! Why didn’t I remember the water that is in other reservoirs and rivers?
This story teaches us that there is no use for haste and only foresight leads to success.
